A Note on Timing
Each presenter has up to 18 minutes in three-presenter sessions, and up to 13 minutes in four-presenter sessions. A general Q&A of 15 minutes follows every session.
I.
On-Site Sessions
Held at SK Future Hall, Korea University, Seoul
Presenters
For In-Person Presenters
3 presenters: 18 min each·4 presenters: 13 min each·Q&A: 15 min
- Please arrive at your session room as early as you can before the session begins.
- Please send your paper and/or presentation slides to your chair and fellow panelists by June 20. The contact details of your chair and co-panelists will be shared shortly. As a precaution, please also bring your slides on a USB drive on the day of your presentation.
- We kindly ask all presenters to read their co-panelists' papers in advance, so as to enrich the discussion and encourage a meaningful exchange.
Chairs
For In-Person Chairs
Keep presentations within the allotted time, followed by the 15-minute general Q&A.
- Please arrive at your session room as early as you can before the session begins.
- Please collect the presentation slides from all presenters by June 20 and load them onto the classroom computer ahead of the session. The contact details of all presenters will be shared shortly.
- At the start of the session, please briefly introduce each presenter by name and paper title.
- Please keep presentations within the allotted time: up to 18 minutes in sessions with three presenters, and up to 13 minutes in sessions with four.
II.
Online Sessions
Held via Zoom at alternative time slots to accommodate multiple time zones
All Participants
For All Online Participants
- Please check your session time carefully. The program lists converted times for several time zones, so please be sure to confirm the time for your own local zone.
- Please join your session's Zoom meeting at least 10 minutes before it begins. Zoom links will be sent to all participants three days before the conference, on June 22.
- Please make sure your Zoom application is up to date beforehand. We recommend opening Zoom in advance to allow time for any necessary updates.
- Please keep your camera on throughout the session.
- Please mute your microphone when you are not speaking, and unmute it to ask questions during the Q&A.
- Please make sure you have a stable internet connection before joining.
- Please make sure your name is displayed correctly on Zoom, using your real name.

Chairs
For Online Chairs
- A staff member will be present in the Zoom meeting and will make you a co-host at the start of the session.
- Please make each presenter a co-host as soon as they join, so they can share their screen during their presentation.
- Please collect the presentation slides from all presenters by June 20 to help you prepare for the discussion. The contact details of all presenters will be shared shortly. Presenters will share their own screens during the session, but please keep their slides on hand in case anyone has trouble with screen sharing.
- At the start of the session, please briefly introduce each presenter by name and paper title.
- Please keep presentations within the allotted time: up to 18 minutes in sessions with three presenters, and up to 13 minutes in sessions with four. The general Q&A is 15 minutes.
- Please ask all participants to keep their cameras on throughout the session and to mute their microphones when not speaking.
- If you encounter any technical difficulties, please contact the staff member present in the Zoom meeting.
